A mix-up of brides in dark wedding hall

I read this incident in a local news paper: At a crowded mass marriage, 40 grooms were about to tie the mangalasutra. Just then there was an outage ad two grooms missed their brides. They tied the mangalasutra around the neck of bridesmaid standing close-by. Though when I read it sounded funny, it shows the terrible state of affairs that there is often black out in the urban and rural areas. Government needs to certainly take action. Why is there diesel shortage, power outage, high inflation, etc? Problems in all areas. What are we going to do about this?
